REINFORCEMENT
GANTRY

For the installation of the reinforcement provisions inside the tunnel in H&S conditions, Kern Tunneltechnik is able to provide a machine designed according the customer requirements and geometry. The machine is provided with telescopic hydraulic devices in order to install the reinforcement reducing the manual handlings and speeding up the process.

The Gantry can achieve a crown reinforcement lifting capacity up to 15 ton. The system can be also equipped with a special Magazine Gantry necessary to lift and store block of reinforcement up to 6 ton from the invert slab to the crown.
