Visp - Crown - First Block completed

KERN Tunneltechnik SA is happy to announce that on the 17th of March the 1st block of the tunnel crown was succesfully casted on the Visp . After trouble-free acceptance test on the jobsite 138 m3 of concrete were casted according to project schedule. After execution of concrete works in the following blocks of regular tunnel section, the formwork will be modified to fit into tunnel enlargement. We congratulate all the site and office teams for the outstanding performance and wish them further success in coming works. The design, statical calculation and assembly have been carried out by the KERN Group.
