FULLROUND FORMWORK
Intended for the construction of a 360° tunnel. KERN is able to provide a revolutionary high-tech fullround formwork. The innovative system is designed to carry out a 360° concrete secondary lining guaranteeing a finalfinishing without holes or steps.

INVERT FORMWORK
Intended for the construction of the tunnel invert previous the vault section. The formwork can be designed to create a specific shape of the tunnel invert according customer requirements. The transport is performed by a double length telescopic traveller.

Intended for the construction of a deck secondary lining. The slab formwork is engineered to resist pressure given by concrete thickness of more than 2 meters. Machine can be equipped by a service gantry with a concrete distribution system.

Intended for the construction of an inlet external tunnel. The external formwork works together with the main internal formwork in order to create a “false tunnel” at the entrance of the main one.
